highest quality materials
From corrosion resistant aluminum to marine-grade solution dyed fabric, we only use the most durable and reliable materials to make our biminis.
USA manufactured
We believe in doing things right and for us, that means doing it ourselves. Every stitch, screw, piece and part is made in Northern Indiana.
pontoon bimini tops
Available in a variety of styles, from buggy tops to an extra-long twin top for twice the coverage, our pontoon bimini tops are made to the highest standard of durability and quality.
Our bimini frames are constructed from 1.25″ square rust resistant, scratch resistant and weather resistant aluminum that is anodized in our own anodizing facility. Every frame comes with (patented?) quick release clips, marine grade stainless steel fasteners and aluminum deck mounts designed not to weaken the frame.
Our tops are sewn in-house out of solution dyed, UV-resistant, weather-resistant marine canvas using the most durable PTFE thread available- and always come with a matching boot that can be customized with your logo.
sport bimini tops
Our sport tops are made with 7/8″ aluminum anodized poles and die cast aluminum hardware. Frames are corrosion proof and don’t require polishing, so you can be confident it will last as long as your boat.
The unique construction of our sport tops make it easy to install in minutes. Stylish and designed to fit a wide variety of boats, these sleek tops are extraordinarily lightweight without sacrificing longevity.
We cut and stitch our solution-dyed canvas by hand in our facility in Indiana, so you can enjoy hand-made American craftsmanship. We can customize the canvas with an embroidered or vinyl logo to make the tops on your boats the most stylish, durable, weather-resistant tops on the water.
POLES AND HARDWARE
The hardware for a bimini top is one of the highest points of stress and wear on the entire assembly. Never settle for plastic that gets brittle and breaks under normal wear and tear- all our hardware is either zinc coated aluminum or marine grade stainless steel, guaranteed to stand up to the elements.
Our hardware fits 7/8″ tubing and 1.25″ square frames. We make a variety of brackets, deck mounts and jaw slides to suit the specific needs of the bimini design. With our in-house machining capabilities, we can (and have!) designed new and innovative hardware solutions that guarantee our biminis are the longest lasting on the market.

about our materials
ANODIZED ALUMINUM
The super-lightweight aluminum we use is extruded locally, before being sent to our aluminum anodizer, a chemical process where it’s textured, brushed and sealed with a chemical sealant that makes it rust resistant, scratch resistant and weather resistant.
SOLUTION-DYED CANVAS
We use solution-dyed fabrics, which means that every thread is dyed before being woven together. A lot of other brands on the market will use a coating method, so that the color is only on the top and bottom layers of your bimini top, but don’t run all the way through. The fabrics we use are the longest-lasting marine canvas fabrics available.
MARINE-GRADE STAINLESS STEEL
Our bimini top fasteners and deck mounts are constructed using SS316 Marine Grade Steel, the most common steel used in marine manufacturing, because of it’s extreme resistance to rust and corrosion.
PTFE THREAD
PolyTetraFlouroEthylene (PTFE) thread is the best thread out there for marine accessories – it will literally outlast your top’s fabric. It’s super high-quality, chemical resistant and ultra-UV resistant, so your customers won’t be in the ranks of boaters who watch their stitching give out even if their top is still in great shape.
NYLON & Polypropylene
Polypropylene is often called the “steel” of the plastic industry because of the various ways in which it can be modified or customized to best serve a particular purpose. This plastic is moisture resistant, has a high fatigue resistance and impact strength. The nylon used to make our Quick-Connect hardware is a specialized formula to have the best tensile strength, toughness and UV resistance.
